Perfection Session Touch up session should be booked between 4 to 8 weeks after your initial brow service. This session is essential for adding or darkening any areas that healed too lightly

Before Your Eyebrow Tattoo In Melbourne

The following restrictions are to make sure the condition of your skin is as perfect as possible for a successful procedure:

  1. Do not work out the day of the procedure as body heat will expand the pores.
  2. Do not drink alcohol or caffeine 24 hours prior to the procedure.
  3. Do not tweeze, wax, tint at least 72 hours prior to treatment.
  4. Do not tan or have a sunburned face.
  5. No facials, peels or laser treatments on area to be treated for 4 weeks prior the procedure.
  6. Do not take Aspirin, Niacin, Vitamin E, Ibuprofen, Omega 3 or fish oil 72 hours prior to the procedure (paracetamol is fine).
After Care For Eyebrow Tattoo

The client is required to pay attention to the following during the first 7 days:

Half an hour after the procedure, eyebrows should be wiped with moistened cotton pad, allowed to air dry, and then a thin layer of aftercare cream should be applied.

Repeat this procedure 3 times during the day.

In the first 7 days, please avoid:
  1. Workouts that involve a lot of sweating
  2. Sport activities
  3. Swimming
  4. Facial massage
  5. Hot sauna, hot bath or Jacuzzi
  6. Sun tanning, or salon tanning
  7. UV Rays cause a shift in color and premature fading
  8. No water, cleanser, cream, make-up foundation or any other products on treated area to prevent possible infection or allergic reactions
  9. Do not peel, rub or scratch the treated area in order to avoid scarring of the area or removal of the pigment. Let any scabbing or dry skin naturally exfoliate off
  10. Avoid sleeping on your face
  11. Please wash your face carefully around the eyebrows without getting water on the treated area. During a shower, keep your face away from shower head or take a bath
In the next 30 days, please also note:
  1. No sunbathing
  2. No solarium
  3. No Botox or filler
  4. No light therapies
  5. No chemical peeling or fruit acids
  6. No microdermabrasion or creams that contain regeneration factors
  7. No laser treatment over the treated area, because it can destroy the pigment and cause burns
  8. No use of antibiotics or hormonal therapy, as it can lead to faster pigment fading
  9. Avoid direct sun exposure; protect the eyebrows from the sun with sun cream (but not during the first 7 days)
What To Expect During And After
  1. Temporary swelling, redness and itching may occur. Experience tells us that these symptoms are temporary.
  2. Depending on the skin structure after the procedure, small scabs with a loss of drawn hairs may occur, and colour intensity may change.
  3. In the first 7 days, the colour of your eyebrows is up to 40% darker and the size of your eyebrows is 15% thicker than after healing.
  4. The final look of your eyebrows will be apparent 28 days after your procedure.

Please note: For people who have cosmetic injectables regularly, we recommend you allow 4 weeks for the area to recover before getting a cosmetic eyebrow tattoo done.
